Product photography is usually much more time consuming than it seems. Whereas people photography requires a certain awareness of the comfort of my subject, products don't complain about me fussing over the finest details of presentation and lighting.

Food photography is a little different in that you may not have much time before a fresh plate starts to look a little tired.
